Whenever possible we strive to
make your experience here as positive as possible, and
do all we can to accommodate your desired treatment schedule. Having
stated that as one of our foremost goals, it is not always
possible.
As is the nature of this advanced and highly sought-after
treatment, we have a variety of patients who present with
extremely challenging and time-sensitive illnesses. We
prioritize patients based upon medical urgency and available
resources.
While we understand that all of our patients have busy
lives and schedules to maintain, it is our mission
to treat patients with dignity, the best possible care,
and in as timely a manner as possible. We request
you remain flexible with your availability for treatment.
- Our current
treatment day operates from
- 7:30 AM to
5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
(
except for
hospital holidays.)
- Your
appointment will be scheduled during those hours.
- You
will be notified of your first treatment appointment
time on the Friday before your start date.
Once you begin your treatments, your Radiation Therapist
team will be arranging your treatment times. Our
treatment room schedules are prepared weekly. The
time slot you are assigned is based on equipment parameters
and may not be the most convenient for you. We apologize
if we are unable to accommodate your requests.
