Catalyst Project: National Center to Improve Financing of Care for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs: The goals of the Center are to expand health insurance coverage of children and youth with special health care needs across the country; to close the financing gaps faced by underinsured families across the country; to develop and disseminate innovative financing strategies at community, state, and national levels; and to ensure high levels of knowledge and collaboration related to financing among key stakeholder groups in all states and territories.

National Center of Medical Home Initiatives for Children with Special Needs: The mission of the Center is to work in cooperation with the federal Maternal and Child Health Bureau to ensure that children and youth with special health care needs have access to a medical home by improving the ability of pediatric health care professionals and families to care for children and youth with special health care needs through the provision of tools and skills to overcome barriers, implementation of policies, and dissemination of outcomes.
