MAO is committed to developing and promoting URM physicians as leaders, researchers, teachers, clinicians and administrators. MAO staff works closely with hospital and physician organization leaders to recruit, retain and develop faculty at all stages of their careers at MGH. These collaborative efforts have resulted in increased promotions and retention of URM trainees into faculty positions
Affiliated Programs MGH Center for Faculty Development – The Center for Faculty Development (CFD) is a comprehensive initiative designed to provide career development for all MGH faculty. CFD is an umbrella organization that includes two distinct branches, the Office for Women’s Careers (OWC) and the Office for Research Career Development (ORCD).
