Research Computing updated 11.20.08
Welcome to Partners Research Computing. We are comprised of five
groups: two infrastructure service and support groups, one co-located
at each institution MGH/BWH and one enterprise-level group (ERIS). The
MGH/BWH infrastructure team provides desktop support to the research
community with an emphasis on Macintosh, non-Partners build PCs,
UNIX/Linux systems and their backup. ERIS provides centralized services
such as HPC clusters, bioinformatics and analysis tools, server
hosting, and large-scale storage. Both groups provide consultative
assistance in support of your projects. The three other groups are a
clinical research support team that develops and maintains the RPDR, a
Genetics and Genomics IT group, and the Partners Enterprise Research
Applications group which oversees several applications that support the
management of research grants and compliance. To learn more about
Partners Research Computing and the type of service and support we
