The Urology Service at the MGH was established in 1911.
Since
that time MGH Urology has enjoyed a pre-eminent reputation throughout the
world for excellence in the treatment of urologic disease.
The service is comprised of a patient care division, a teaching and education division and a research laboratory division.
We work closely with physicians from other services, nursing
and social service to provide excellence in each of these areas.
This multidisciplinary activity promotes a coordinated approach to clinical
care, education for both the patient and resident physician, and research
investigation.
