The MGH Department of Urology provides on-site, state-of-the-art Urodynamics testing.  To schedule Urodynamics testing contact Dr. Pablo Gomery's office:

It is important to have the following information available
when making an appointment to see a Urologist:

Patient’s Full Name
Diagnosis or Reason for the Visit
Insurance Information (if you have an HMO or some other managed care plan, please provide the Secretary with a referral number and authorization from your primary care physician).

For second opinions or other consultations, please provide the Urologist with any:

 X-rays or other radiology films (CAT scans, bone scans, etc.) and/or reports
Copies of referring physician’s office notes
Pathology reports
Pathology slides (if available)

 Prior to your appointment, it will be necessary to get
an MGH Registration Card ("Blue Card").
