Join Us for an Intimate Program:
If you have questions about menopause, join a small group of women for a discussion on “Menopause and Your Health.” “Menopause and Your Health” was developed for women who want to know the truth about menopause. A trained nurse practitioner will help you to:
- Understand the changes your body is going through
- Learn about the latest menopause research
- Understand menopause treatment options, including hormone therapy and lifestyle changes
- Learn about herbal remedies and alternative therapies — What really works?
- Complete the Menopause Health Assessment Tool© to help you and your health provider develop a personalized approach to your care
"The small number of women attending the program made it comfortable and easy to share"
“Menopause and Your Health” is offered at Massachusetts General Hospital throughout the year to groups of no more than 25 women. This intimate setting gives you the opportunity to ask questions about menopause and share your own experiences.
Take time for yourself to learn about menopause and ways to enhance your health during this phase of your life. Choose a date and location that best meets your needs.
Registration Fee $25 (Pre-registration is required)
Includes light refreshments, program materials and the personalized Menopause Health Assessment Tool© (Scholarships are available)
